Community Church of Chapel Hill

The Community Church of Chapel Hill Project involved a major renovation of an existing modernist sanctuary and fellowship / education facility. Sanctuary work included complete interior and exterior renovations with new pews, chancel furniture, exterior glazing, audio / visual system and interior finishes. A new administration suite was constructed and the existing fellowship hall and education wing was fully modernized. Site improvements included new parking, a courtyard entry garden and building landscaping. Sustainability improvements included upgraded electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, new windows and doors and an increased thermal envelope.
