Moore Square Apartments is a 230,000 square feet residential project of 160 units located in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. The project consists of a five-over-two podium building that includes under-building surface parking. Shared community spaces will include a sunroom, outdoor picnic patio, exercise room, office, conference room, and play space. The project will be designed to North Carolina Housing Finance standards and will include the City of Raleigh as a project partner. Construction start is scheduled for Q1 of 2026.
