Parkside Apartments is a 200,000 square feet housing project located in Southwest Raleigh. The project includes three four-story apartment buildings with 144 units in total. It will include a community building and site amenities such as a picnic shelter and mail kiosk. All units will be designed to meet strict energy standards. The project is financed through the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. The construction is underway and will be completed in 2026.
