South Green Flats
The new South Green Flats housing project is located less than a mile from Downtown Carrboro. The residential component of the mixed-use development provides for-sale housing missing from the current market in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. The project includes three buildings with a total of 57 condominiums for sale and six commercial spaces. The outdoor amenities include a dog park, outdoor firepit, community garden, and covered seating and gaming area. The site plan has pedestrian and bicycle-friendly connections to promote access to the Carrboro Downtown and Franklin Street. Completion of the project is planned for 2026.
