The Sparrow
We are excited to announce that construction has started on The Sparrow. The three-story residential project is located in Wilmington and consists of 32 apartment units for adults that are transitioning to permanent housing. The 30,000 square feet project includes a multi-purpose room, computer room, meeting with file room, mail, offices, shared laundry, private meeting room, and community room with kitchen and storage. All units are designed to be ADA compliant. The design of the project complements the architecture of the local coastal community, with pastel blue exterior finishes, white trim, window shutters, and beige brick veneer. Construction completion in 2026.
