Moore Square

Construction for Moore Square Apartment is scheduled to start for Q1 of 2026! Moore Square Apartments is a 230,000 square feet residential project of 160 units located in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. The project consists of a five-over-two podium building that includes under-building surface parking. Shared community spaces will include a sunroom, outdoor picnic patio, exercise room, office, conference room, and play space.

Parkside Apartments

Construction for Parkside Apartments, a 200,000 square feet housing project in Southwest Raleigh, is underway and will be completed in 2026! The project includes three four-story apartment buildings with 144 units in total. It will include a community building and site amenities such as a picnic shelter and mail kiosk. All units will be designed to meet strict energy standards. The project is financed through the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

Chapanoke

The Chapanoke Project is a 200-unit, 235,000 square feet affordable housing development in South Raleigh, featuring three five-story buildings and a community center. Funded by LIHTC, it will offer one to three bedroom units for residents earning 60 percent of the Area Median Income. All units will meet North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) energy standards. Construction begins in 2026, in partnership with the City of Raleigh and NCHFA.

South Green Flats

South Green Flats is a mixed-use project near Downtown Carrboro, featuring 57 for-sale condos and six commercial spaces across three buildings. Designed with community in mind, it includes a dog park, firepit, garden, and outdoor seating. The bike- and pedestrian-friendly site connects to downtown and Franklin Street. Completion is expected in 2026.

I-95 / I-40 Alliance

This project transforms a historic 1919 elementary school into a teaching facility and business center for the local community college. It includes a new two-story lobby, renovated meeting rooms, auditorium, commercial kitchen, and classrooms, plus new elevators and restrooms. With 32,000 square feet of renovation area and 1,500 square feet of new construction, completion is expected by the end of 2025.
