Mineral Springs Commons is a 55+ senior community located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project includes one and two bedroom apartment units with community amenities that include an exercise room, laundry room, game / craft room, and computer center. The outside gathering spaces include a covered drive-thru entry and ample sitting areas. A covered terrace off the community room and covered porches on each level provide opportunities for resident interaction. The project was designed to meet Energy Star for Multi-Family requirements and included tax credit financing through the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency.
