Fernhill Apartments

Fernhill Apartments is a new housing community that provides 72 units of affordable housing, financed through the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Completed in mid-2024, the complex serves residents who earn up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Onsite amenities include a community building with a computer room, exercise room, social and event space, laundry room, office space for management staff, a playground and a covered picnic area with grills, and a mail kiosk for tenants. The complex also provides eight handicap accessible units, with accessible kitchens and bathrooms.
